Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or ship out your new style.
